1. Deadline for return
Return policy of the company ALTAL is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can no longer process the return or refund of the product.
2. General conditions for returns
To be eligible for return, the product must meet the following conditions:

Let it be unused and in original condition;

To be in original packaging, without damage;

To be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Conform return policy, returning the product is not possible if it:

It is perishable (food, flowers, newspapers);

It's about personal hygiene (intimate products, unopened cosmetics);

It is flammable (liquids or gases);

It is downloadable software or activated license.
3. Products Excluded from the Return Policy
Return policy does not apply to the following products:

Gift cards;

Digital software applications or virtual products;

Customized products to order;
-
Unsealed products with clear signs of use (CDs, DVDs, video games, etc.).
4. Partial refunds (where applicable)
We can grant partial refunds in the following situations:

Books with visible signs of use;

Incomplete or partially damaged products;

Return requested after the expiration of 30 days, but within reasonable limits.
5. Refund procedure
After receiving and checking the returned product, you will receive a notification email. We will decide whether reimbursement is approved or rejected.
If approved:

The refund will be processed within 3–7 business days;

The amount will be refunded to your bank account, card or original payment method.
6. Refund delays
If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank account again;

Contact the card issuing bank;

Please allow an additional 24–48 hours for processing.
If all these steps are completed and the amount has not been refunded, please contact us at info@altal.md.
7. Discounted products
Conform return policy, only products purchased at full price can be refunded. Products on sale or at a discount are not eligible for refund.
8. Exchanges
accepted product exchanges only if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests:

Send an email to info@altal.md;

Ship the product to the physical address indicated on the invoice or in the email.
Exchanges are only made with the same model (if available in stock).
9. Return policy for gifts
If the product has been marked as "gift” and delivered directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund is made to the original payer.
10. Shipping the returned product
Products must be returned to the following address:

Conform return policy, the customer bears the shipping costs.
Delivery costs are not refundableIf you receive the refund, the delivery fee will be low of the final amount.
11. Shipping recommendations
For more expensive products, we recommend:

Using a courier service with tracking;

Choosing an option package insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned product if the shipment is not properly documented.
Consumer rights in Moldova and Romania

In Moldova and Romania, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs other than the direct costs of returning the products, according to:
- Romania: Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014.
- Moldavia.: In accordance with Republic Law Moldavia. No. 105-XV of 13.03.2003 "On consumer protection"
For services purchased online or at a distance, the withdrawal period starts from the conclusion of the contract. If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the trader must reimburse all amounts paid by the consumer, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which he was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
