Reversible Filter dryer ZRK163

— is a high-quality device intended for use in heat pumps. It works in reversible cycle. It is designed to allow flow in the pump liquid line in both directions. This ZRK163 Reversible Filter Dryer is used for refrigerants R12, R22, R32, R502, R134a, R404A, R407C, R410A, R507. Also for CFC, HCFC, HFC and specific lubricants. Filtration capacity reaches 0.10 microns. The internal check valve, made of nylon, ensures filtration in both directions. The removal of organic and inorganic acids is achieved using activated aluminum oxide, and moisture is removed with a molecular dryer. The addition of activated carbon in the drying core helps to remove wax at low operating temperatures.

  The ZRK163 reversible filter drier has a solid core made of a mixture of molecular sieve and activated aluminum. These adsorbents are fixed in the core using a synthetic adhesive material. The core is tightly clamped on both sides, and cotton pads are placed for protection. The retaining veins inside the filter direct the flow, which allows the fluid to operate in any direction in heat pumps. This construction ensures high filtration efficiency and absorption of water and acids. The ZRK084 reversible filter drier is available with a SAE 3/8″ threaded connection.
