Description
3.0DPFAA3.0 expansion valve is a valve with a restricted passage section, intended for throttling and regulating the flow of refrigerant to the evaporator depending on the thermal load.
To control the ERV, a controller is required, as well as a power supply for the valve's stepper motor.
The controller's input signals are readings from pressure and temperature sensors installed on the aspiration pipe.
The evaporating pressure measured by the sensor corresponds to the evaporating temperature. The temperature signals indicate the superheat temperature of the refrigerant at the evaporator outlet.
The EEV controller determines the superheat value as the difference between the superheat temperature and the evaporation temperature.
For correct and safe operation, the superheat value must be between 7–10 °C.
The controller compares the current superheat value with the set value and sends the corresponding control signal: to open the valve to reduce superheat.

Expansion valve DPFAA3.0 is intended for use in systems reversible heat pumps. Expansion valve DPFAA3.0 automatically regulates the refrigerant flow and ensures the system operates in optimal conditions for rapid cooling or heating, precise temperature control and energy saving. Also, the Expansion Valve DPFAA3.0 can be used, for example, to control the pressure in the suction line. Expansion valve DPFAA3.0 allows bidirectional operation for managing refrigerant flow in heating or cooling mode.
