The demand has appeared \u2013 the supply has also appeared. And this is where the problems begin. Both on the part of the buyer, who does not understand exactly what a <strong data-start=\"567\" data-end=\"587\">heat pump<\/strong> and forms their opinion from unauthorized sources, as well as from the seller, who often does not know what he is selling or, worse, unjustifiably &#034;embellishes&#034; the capabilities of the equipment. Let&#039;s take a concrete example.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"1188\">All the vendors, advertising agencies and distributors promote the so-called &#034;advantages&#034; of <strong data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"919\">heat pump<\/strong> in the form of value <a href=\"https:\/\/altal.md\/en\/performance-coefficient\/\">COP<\/a>This is a scam. <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Coefficient_of_performance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COP<\/a>The (heat pump efficiency) is an abstract concept. All heat pumps of the same type and technology have identical heat pump efficiency, regardless of brand. For example, at +8 \u00b0C and moderate humidity we can feel thermal comfort, but at the same <strong data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1844\">outside temperature<\/strong> and high humidity, discomfort becomes evident.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"2139\">Buildings, animals, and equipment also react to these climatic factors. The mistaken idea that temperature alone determines \u201cweather\u201d \u2013 propagated by the press and weather forecasters \u2013 leads to errors in the design of heating and air conditioning systems.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2247\">For the correct functioning of a <strong data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2195\">heat pumps<\/strong>, and high heat pump efficiency. it is important to consider the following:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2249\" data-end=\"2614\">\n<li data-start=\"2249\" data-end=\"2405\">\n<p data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2405\"><strong data-start=\"2251\" data-end=\"2274\">Air temperature<\/strong> \u2013 official value published by meteorological centers. We cannot compare the selection of equipment between Nordic countries, Japan and regions like Moldova or Ukraine.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3970\" data-end=\"3994\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Exemplar_comparativ\"><\/span>Comparative example:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3996\" data-end=\"4139\">In <strong data-start=\"3999\" data-end=\"4014\">Krasnoiarsk<\/strong>, at -20 \u00b0C and dry air, the pump can operate more stably than in <strong data-start=\"4082\" data-end=\"4094\">Kishinev<\/strong> at -2 \u00b0C with <strong data-start=\"4107\" data-end=\"4129\">relative humidity<\/strong> high. Why? In the morning, in winter, at -5\u20260 \u00b0C, <strong data-start=\"4279\" data-end=\"4302\">relative humidity<\/strong> often reaches 100%. Then, through the crystallization of water vapor, the air becomes &#034;dry&#034;.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4389\" data-end=\"4619\">The process of <strong data-start=\"4401\" data-end=\"4415\">defrost<\/strong> can start even at +5 \u00b0C or more. In this case, <strong data-start=\"4472\" data-end=\"4500\">air-to-water heat pump<\/strong> consumes energy to &#034;protect itself&#034;, not to heat the building, the efficiency of the heat pump decreases significantly.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4389\" data-end=\"4619\">The COP (heat pump efficiency) becomes irrelevant if we consider:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4621\" data-end=\"4758\">\n<li data-start=\"4621\" data-end=\"4662\">\n<p data-start=\"4623\" data-end=\"4662\">compressor crankcase preheating;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4663\" data-end=\"4690\">\n<p data-start=\"4665\" data-end=\"4690\">preheating the system;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4691\" data-end=\"4714\">\n<p data-start=\"4693\" data-end=\"4714\">cyclic operation;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4715\" data-end=\"4758\">\n<p data-start=\"4717\" data-end=\"4758\">defrosting with energy taken from the building.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4760\" data-end=\"4866\"><strong data-start=\"4760\" data-end=\"4772\">Result<\/strong>: huge costs for maintaining thermodynamic losses, to the detriment of useful energy.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4868\" data-end=\"4899\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Climatul_regiunii_cum_stam\"><\/span>The climate of the region: how are we doing?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4901\" data-end=\"5001\">In Romania, Moldova, Ukraine and southern Russia, winters have been milder in recent years.
